Fall Lineup

Hey guys!

You’re favorite (I hope) pathological liar is back to give you all a list of what I would like to watch once school is over! So basically the fall season 😀 However, my lineup doesn’t just include the fall season because I am extremely behind on my summer list too…I’m hoping to binge watch a lot of anime between November and January (break from school).

But for now I’ll just leave you with my fall lineup! (Oh, and if you haven’t already noticed my 30 Day Music Challenge has been put on a slight hold, it’s going to take me a while to get everything out, haha)

♢♢♢♢♢

Haikyuu Season 2

I am so excited for this, been waiting forever for it to finally come out (my thoughts ran like: if Kuroko and Free and other sports anime got a second season, why would Haikyuu be the exception?) A little late but I’m hyped about it 😀

I’m going to have to at least watch the last episode of the first season since it’s a bit fuzzy (they left off with Oikawa winning?). If so I’m hoping this at least goes into the training camp that’s shown in the manga 🙂

(OK just looked at this picture I posted and yeah, the camp is going to be there I’m sure, otherwise those new characters wouldn’t be there, haha)

K: Return of Kings

Ok so for this one I’m actually going to leave a video because why not? I just found this on the ANI website and it’s got me even more excited! I’d heard about this coming out since a while back now so I’m glad it’s in the fall season 🙂

And if you know me then you can probably guess why I want to see this, kekeke. While not a yaoi (I know, so sad), there are a lot of hot bishies and…well, they’re all so OTP material (Mi-sa-ki~). Yes, at one time Misaki and Fushimi were my OTP. I still love them of course 😀

Noragami: Aragoto

While I wouldn’t call myself a big fan of the first season I will say that I enjoyed it to a certain extent. I read the manga for this show first and finding that the anime fell short was pretty sad. I also can’t remember where season 1 ended so I’ll definitely have to go watch the last episode at least.

I think it ended with Yato saving Hiyori but there’s something I’m confused about there. If he saved her it wouldn’t follow the manga? And the preview looks like it continues with the V-arc and Yato’s past…of course this could just be me blanking out. (But if there’s more Kazuma I’m definitely going to watch, he’s just so adorable!)

I also watched the first season so it’d make sense to watch the second, haha

Owari no Seraph: Nagoya Kessen-hen

OK! So I was recently talking with Pantastic Panda about cosplaying and I mentioned that I really liked the uniforms from Owari. She asked about it and all I could say was that this show was ok except not really…

Yes, those are my thoughts and yet here I am, planning to watch the second season. Out of all the anime I’ve watched I think this show is the one that’s disappointed me the most, probably because of all the hype around it (and then I find out it wasn’t so great). I’ll be using this as an excuse to rewatch the first season. I’m thinking of checking out the dub since the PV I watched wasn’t so bad.

Also, I’m reading the manga and seeing all the new techniques that Yuu and his friends have ‘mastered’ in animated format is pretty exciting. But in reality I just want to see chapter 36 animated *cough* Yes, I want to see more action in the series! There are also some new characters 😀 (Oh god I just remembered a bit prior to chapter 36 and I totally want that too!)

Durarara!!x2 Ten: Onoroke Chakapoko

So this isn’t actually a series or anything and I’m way WAY behind (like first season behind) but I want to see these cuties be cuties and it’s only one episode so…I’ll definitely be watching this! 😀

It’s basically an episode dedicated to telling us about their one trip that we get to briefly see in the first episode of season 2 (yes, I watched it and was so confused by what was going on, haha)

High☆Speed!: Free! Starting Days

Finally! I get to see what may be hidden in the light novel that I bought some time ago! Haha

Apparently it’s only one episode (boo!) but I guess something is better than nothing. While I’m not an uber fan of the FREE series I will say that I enjoyed it to an extent and for sure plan on watching this (because it’s only an episode, what’s the harm?)

Wish there were more visuals in the preview since I can’t understand Japanese…

Starts December 6

There are also some OVAs/specials that I’d like to check out but that I’m not sure if I will, not because I don’t want to but because I’m not sure I’ll be able to find them. Those titles include:

Ok, so those where the shows I want to check out that I’m familiar with. As for new shows I’d like to check out:

Ajin: Shoudou

I’m a bit iffy on this just because the animation is different from what I normally watch. This looks too…computerized I guess so it’s a bit weird. Still, I did stumble upon the manga the other day at Barnes and Noble and was just like, I must read this!

Shisha no Teikoku

Ok this has got to be my #1 on this list

The story of The Empire of Corpses takes place in 19th century Europe, and revolves around John Watson. He is scouted by the government to become a secret agent- However, Watson lives in a world where “Frankensteins”- human corpses that are re-purposed with a false soul in order to use them as laborers- are used to improve industrial development.

This looks amazing! And it’s got zombies and blood and a cool lady with a big gun!

Harmony

So the video for this one doesn’t really give me much information but I really like the cover that’s shown so I want to check it out. It’s also just one episode 🙂

Summary (ugh so many words)

n the future, utopia has finally been achieved thanks to medical nanotechnology and a powerful ethic of social welfare and mutual consideration.
This utopia isn’t perfect, and three young girls stand up to totalitarian kindness and super-medicine by attempting suicide via starvation. It doesn’t work, but one of the girls—Tuan Kirie—grows up to be a member of the World Health Organization. As a crisis threatens the harmony of the new world, Tuan rediscovers another member of her suicide pact, and together they must help save the planet…from itself.

I believe that’s everything! Anyone have any recommendations, any must watch series that I haven’t included on here? Any you’re hyped about?
